The Role:
We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Welder to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic welding experience or training who wants to build their skills and progress within a supportive working environment.
Full on-the-job training will be provided, along with guidance from experienced welders to help you develop your practical abilities and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out basic welding tasks under supervision
· Assist experienced welders with fabrication and assembly work
· Learn to read drawings and follow work instructions
· Maintain a safe and tidy work area
· Use hand tools and welding equipment correctly
· Develop skills across various welding processes (training provided)

· Basic welding experience or trade school training
· Willingness to learn and take instruction
· Good attention to detail
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Commitment to health and safety

· Recent trade school leavers
· Those with basic MIG/TIG experience looking to progress
